Vitals started as a question: what would it look like to measure family health the way serious research labs measure anything else — honestly, longitudinally, and with room for the messiness of real life?
We are building the measurement layer first. What to measure. How often. How to interpret it without shame. How to share it with a pastor, a doctor, or a family member without flattening the story into a number.
